About Me

I hold an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I focused on providing radically inclusive therapy from a holistic, humanistic perspective. I work with adults, couples, and relationships using a combination of attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and our relationship in the therapy room. My undergrad was in Gender and Women’s Studies at UC Berkeley, and I am passionate about intersectional therapy that addresses how systemic inequalities impact our mental health. I seek always to eliminate power imbalances in the therapy room.

In my previous experience, I had the pleasure of training at the Pacific Center for Human Growth, serving the LGBTQ++ community. I welcome all people from all identities and backgrounds into my practice.

Mindfulness meditation practices and depth psychotherapy have been incredibly impactful on my life, and I feel very grateful to get to share these tools with you.

What to Expect

I offer 50-minute sessions for individuals at $160/session, and for couples at $200/session.

I accept cash, check or card payments. I cannot accept insurance at this time, but I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement — please check with your healthcare provider to see if this is an option for you.

As of March 2020, sessions are exclusively online teletherapy.
