Therapy is a journey into largely uncharted territory that can be frightening to explore. The landscape is built by the beliefs and “truths” you learned as a child, beliefs that kept you protected, safe, and sometimes alive. But as an adult, those beliefs may not be helping you anymore. In fact, sometimes, they’re hurting you.
I offer a non-judgmental, loving place where we can shed more light on the landscape, so that you can navigate your life and relationships with more love and less suffering. I want you to have more effective tools when things get rough, and possess more self-love, mindful awareness, and compassion in your day-to-day life. I would be happy to walk with you as you learn more about your inner landscape and become more wholly yourself.
